https://github.com/instructkr/claw-code , previously https://github.com/instructkr/claude-code has reached 100k stars in a matter of 1 day (technically less than 28 hours)
This project originally hosted the source code of claude code and has made a python port of it and is currently making a rust port of it too (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=47584540)
They were the first to reach 50k stars in such a short period of time, even stating " ⭐ The fastest repo in history to surpass 50K stars, reaching the milestone in just 2 hours after publication ⭐ "
This will beat Openclaw and take the throne of having 100k stars in the least amount of time.
To keep a track of all of this, I have made a simple https://mirror.forum/cc/ website which shows a github star delta every time you refresh it.
So this gave me a more live-time view of all of this as it happened (I prototyped this to create this post haha), but it showed it to me that nearly every second or two, someone was upvoting the project.
Even while writing/thinking about the last line, nearly 84 people or more have starred the project.
100k stars have now been achieved.
I also wish to update this post with more of my thoughts in the future, but right now, I have tried to keep it short and to the point.
